I'm an online marketer with engineering/sys admin background. I have a significant advantage over non-technical marketers. 
Because of my technical background I am more capable of getting the essentials done, I use my time and creative push to be scrappy about building marketing experiments.  And of course the experiments they build on their own can be much more interesting than your average marketer.

I lead the development, execution, and management of strategic and tactical digital marketing programs in order to achieve growth for a product that powers over 3% of the entire internet, Joomla!

I develop a strategy (that includes paid and earned media) to improve awareness, engagement, drive organic web traffic, search engine rankings and new customer acquisition (Enterprise, Startup, Non Profits), account growth (Cross-Sell/Up-Sell), and support customer retention.

Execute strategy across digital channels in a manner that is integrated with broader marketing communications efforts.

Extend and amplify strategy and impact through owned channels, including websites and social media as well as other organizations and partners.

Drive ongoing measurement and process improvements, including SEO/SEM efforts, customer engagement and acquisition metrics and campaign ROI.

Ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced dynamic environment.
